It's very simple! Browse our catalog, select the model you like, choose your size, then add it to the cart. Then go to your cart to complete the order by entering your shipping details and proceeding to secure payment. You'll receive a confirmation email as soon as your order is validated.
Once your order is shipped, you'll receive an email with a tracking number and a link to the carrier's website. You can then track your package in real time. If you've created an account, you can also check your order status directly from your customer area.
If your order has not yet been shipped, contact us immediately by email at contact@kick-addict.fr or by phone at +33 1 42 00 75 12. We'll do our best to process your request. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be modified. However, you can make a return after receipt (see Returns/Exchanges section).
Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 to 48 business hours. Delivery times are as follows:
Metropolitan France: 5 to 10 business days
Overseas territories: 10 to 20 business days
European Union: 7 to 15 business days
These timeframes are given as an indication and may vary depending on the carrier and the period (sales, holidays, etc.).
Yes! Shipping is 100% free for any order of $114 or more. For orders under $114, shipping costs are calculated based on weight and destination. The exact amount will be shown before you validate your order.
We currently ship to Metropolitan France, French Overseas territories, and all European Union countries. For any shipping request outside these areas, please contact us directly at contact@kick-addict.fr to explore options.
You have 15 days after receipt to return an item. The product must be in its original condition, unworn, unwashed, with all tags and accessories, in its original intact box. The return must be made in protective packaging — never use the product box as shipping packaging.
To make a return, follow these steps:
1. Send an email to contact@kick-addict.fr with your order number and reason for return.
2. You'll receive a return form and shipping instructions.
3. Carefully package the product with the completed return form.
4. Ship the package to the address provided.
The refund will be processed within 14 days after receipt and verification of the returned product. Sale or promotional items are neither accepted for return nor refunded.
Return costs are the customer's responsibility, except in the following cases: product not matching the order, defective product, or error on our part during preparation. In these cases, we cover the return costs and provide a prepaid return label.
Yes, size exchanges are possible subject to availability. Contact us at contact@kick-addict.fr with your order number and the desired size. If the requested size is no longer available, we'll offer a refund (excluding sale or promotional items).

We do our best to restock the most popular models. However, some limited editions or collaborations are only available in very limited quantities and won't be restocked. You can contact us to be informed first about any restocking, or subscribe to our newsletter to be alerted about upcoming drops.
No, creating an account is not required. You can order as a guest. However, creating an account allows you to track your orders, save your shipping addresses, view your purchase history, and get early access to certain exclusive offers.
In accordance with GDPR, you can request the deletion of your account and all your personal data at any time. Simply send us an email at contact@kick-addict.fr or dpo@kick-addict.fr specifying your request. Your account will be deleted within 30 days. Note that some data may be retained for legal reasons (invoices, accounting obligations).
